SIMON Cowell wants to launch a canine version of his hit TV show X Factor .
Sources say the animal-loving music mogul is hoping to judge a one-off TV contest to find the world’s most talented pet.
“Simon loves animals and thinks they make great TV – even when things go wrong,” said one loose-lipped insider.
“The idea would be to raise money for animal charities while highlighting some of the talented pets out there.”
